These are trusted in the industry as a go to tool. The pipe is schedule 80 with a painted finish. If a rod has a wear and tear then simply remove it and purchase a replaceable runner for this AW4000 Style.

Sewer nozzle proofer with steel runner rod construction designed for guiding and protecting jetting nozzles inside pipelines.

The Proofer AW4000 Style is designed to guide and protect sewer jetting nozzles while operating inside pipelines. This sewer nozzle proofer uses 1/4″ steel runner rods selected for appropriate tensile strength to support jetting operations.

The skid frame is constructed from Schedule 80 pipe and includes a painted finish for use in sewer maintenance environments. The design allows individual runner rods to be replaced if wear occurs during operation, supporting maintenance and continued use of the skid assembly.

The unit is available with 1″ or 3/4″ hose connections for use in larger sewer pipelines. Replacement runner rods are also available for maintaining the skid assembly.
